Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services

1. NCC Laundry will try its best to deliver your clothes on time but if it ever happens that we are not able to deliver your clothes at the time specified by you, you will still have to pay our bill in full.  You cannot ask us to deduct or not pay the bill at the time of delivery.

2. NCC Laundry will try to remove 99% of the stains from your clothes, but if any stain is not completely removed, then NCC Laundry is not responsible for it, nor does NCC Laundry guarantee 100% stain removal.

3. If your clothes are lost by NCC Laundry or there is any kind of damage to your clothes, then NCC Laundry will not be responsible for the full payment of the clothes. In such a situation, the laundry will pay 35% of the new clothes and 20% of the old clothes.  Will make the payment but for that the customer will be required to show the bill of the clothes.

4. Before handing over the clothes to the laundry, the customer should check the pockets thoroughly to ensure that there is nothing in the pockets because if the customer later holds the laundry responsible for any kind of item then the laundry is not responsible for it.

5. If the delivery of clothes is not taken for one month, the amount of bill payment for clothes will continue to increase, such as after 1 month, double the bill will have to be paid, after 2 months, thrice the bill will have to be paid and if the customer does not take delivery of the clothes even after 2 months, then  The laundry will be entitled to recover its money by selling those clothes anywhere.

6. The above terms and conditions apply to all customers availing or availing our services through our website, our email, our WhatsApp, our contact form or any reference.

7. All disputes related to our company New Clean & Clear Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services will be settled in Saket District Court.
